Game Master (m/f/d) in Hamburg  

We are currently hiring game masters for both Fluchtweg locations in Hamburg. The core role is the same at both locations. The main differences are the workplace itself and a few location-specific details.

Locations: Fluchtweg St. Pauli and Fluchtweg Wandsbek

Your Tasks  

Preparation & Follow-up

• You prepare our escape rooms for play and check the equipment.
• After the game, you prepare everything for the next group quickly, cleanly, and carefully.

Reception & Introduction

• You greet our guests with a smile and explain the rules of the game in an authentic way.
• You sell drinks, vouchers, and depending on the location additional products, point out the cloakroom, and always keep an eye on the schedule.

Game Support

• During the game, you keep track of the process, provide creative verbal hints when needed, and ensure a completely smooth gaming experience.
• You react spontaneously, empathetically, and situationally because no game is like the other.

Conclusion & Memories

• You take cool souvenir photos and say goodbye to the guests with a positive impression.
• You make sure the visit remains a good memory.

Technical Support & Payment Processing

• You quickly step in if minor technical issues occur, whether it is a router, a cordless drill, or an improvised solution.
• You collect payments, calculate correctly, and keep track even when the house is full.

What You Bring  

• Enthusiasm for escape games. Ideally, you are already a fan yourself and know the concept.
• Responsibility & reliability. You work in a structured, conscientious, and independent manner.
• Strong communication skills. You appear confident, are friendly, and can competently guide larger groups.
• Language skills. You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
• Stress resistance & flexibility. Even when things get hectic, you remain calm and solution-oriented.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are available on at least two weekdays as well as on weekends. You can find our current opening hours here.

Fluchtweg Wandsbek  

• Location: Wandsbeker Zollstraße 87-89, 22041 Hamburg
• Location note: At this location, the small journey through Hamburg’s past is more closely tied to the guest experience.
