Our team at Fluchtweg is a diverse group of talented game masters who work at our two locations in Hamburg. Our employees not only bring their passion for exciting puzzles and adventures but also an impressive variety of cultural backgrounds and skills. They speak several languages fluently, including English, and offer games in different languages upon request.
Besides their expertise in game mastering, our team members shine with diverse talents: they are professional football and chess players, master various musical instruments, dance, and perform at poetry slams. This unique mix of skills and interests makes every experience with us something truly special.

Our tech all-rounder Vitalij takes care of everything related to hardware and software. With an IT background and a passion for new technologies, he’s always tinkering. Besides that, Vitalij is also a musician – as a trained music teacher, he masters guitar, piano, and drums. Bam!

Nadezda is the all-round talent at Fluchtweg – from game concepts and puzzles to accounting, marketing, and HR, she really does it all! As a graduate in business administration and a trained chef, she brings versatile skills. In her free time, she loves traveling, classical music, and chess.

Isa is Nadezda’s right hand and left foot at Fluchtweg. As a trained fashion designer, she brings creative momentum to puzzle development, room design, and graphic design. She takes care of training new colleagues, game mastering, and customer support. In her free time, Isa is a passionate LARPer and motorcyclist.

Melissa is our time travel guide in Wandsbek and is 25 years old. Originally from Lübeck, she worked as a bank clerk and is now studying software system development at the University of Hamburg. With her excellent organization and deep knowledge of Hamburg’s history, she always inspires our guests with great enthusiasm and passion.

Kseniia leads our game rooms in Wandsbek and St. Pauli and speaks four languages fluently. She is studying architecture in Hamburg. Since 2026, she has also been a buddy for new colleagues. With her charming personality, Kseniia is a true ray of sunshine and an indispensable part of our team.

Luca is our youngest time travel guide in Wandsbek – the youngest by age, yet one of the most experienced members of the team. We first met Luca as a guest back in 2020. Later, she completed her business internship with us and grew so close to our hearts that we immediately welcomed her into our time travel guide team in Wandsbek.

Josi has been our time travel guide in Wandsbek since spring 2026. As a future occupational therapist, she has a strong feel for people. She is also talented as a voice actor and can change her voice impressively – almost like in the movies. This makes her a wonderful support for our spoken hints at the Wandsbek location.
