Escape room meets bouldering in Hamburg! The “Mind & Muscle” challenge is the active team event for 15–38 people – perfect for mind & body.

Experience the ultimate “Mind & Muscle” challenge – perfect for groups of 15 to 38 people! Enjoy 3 hours of puzzle fun and physical challenge at our escape rooms in Wandsbek and the bouldering hall of urban apes.

Process:

During the “Mind & Muscle” Challenge, you’ll be divided into two groups of up to 19 people each.

Group 1 starts in our exciting escape rooms in Wandsbek: “The Cursed Amulet”, “The Legend of the Midnight Bell” I and II. Here you play simultaneously in teams of three. Group 2 begins with an introduction to urban apes’ bouldering hall and learns the basics of bouldering.

After about 1.5 hours, the groups switch:

Group 1 goes bouldering while Group 2 explores the escape rooms.

Never bouldered or played escape rooms before? No problem! Our professional game masters will introduce you to the world of escape rooms and guide you during the game. Our qualified bouldering trainers will show you how to move safely in the hall. Rental shoes and chalk are provided, of course - you just need to bring your own sports clothes.

Refreshments:

Non-alcoholic soft drinks and water are available for purchase at urban apes and Fluchtweg Hamburg. Alcohol consumption is not permitted during the event to ensure your safety and smooth operation.

Time Schedule:

Per game: 90 minutes (60 minutes playing time, 10 minutes introduction, 5 minutes for a memory photo, 15 minutes debriefing and historical tour)

• Parking: The entrance is right at MeridianSpa. You can use the parking area or MeridianSpa’s parking garage free of charge.
