For this role, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and communicative team members who like taking responsibility and keep an overview even in lively situations.
Important for this position: our shifts are mostly on weekday afternoons and evenings, with regular weekend work.
Your Tasks
As a game master, you make sure our guests are well looked after from the first moment and have a fully successful game experience. This includes in particular:
Preparation & Reset
- You carefully prepare our escape rooms for the next game and check the equipment.
- After the game, you reset the rooms quickly, cleanly, and reliably.
Welcome & Introduction
- You welcome our guests in a friendly and professional way.
- You explain the rules, answer questions, and introduce groups to their adventure.
- You keep an eye on the schedule and ensure a smooth process before the game.
Game Support
- During the game, you attentively support the groups and provide suitable hints when needed.
- You react situationally, empathetically, and solution-oriented so that every group has a positive experience.
Wrap-up & Guest Care
- You say goodbye to our guests with a good feeling and help make sure their visit stays in positive memory.
- You take souvenir photos and help create a well-rounded overall experience.
Cash Desk & General Operations
- You sell drinks, handle payment processes, and settle accounts carefully.
- You support ongoing operations wherever you are needed.
Technical Support
- If minor technical issues occur, you act quickly and pragmatically and help keep game operations running.
Maintenance & Location Care
- You make sure our game rooms and the whole location look clean, tidy, and welcoming for visitors.
What You Bring
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You know the concept of escape rooms; ideally, you have played escape rooms yourself and understand what makes a successful player experience.
- You work reliably, carefully, and independently.
- You are communicative, friendly, and confident.
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and work in a solution-oriented way.
- You have very good German skills at C1–C2 level.
- You have English skills of at least B2 level, so that game briefings in English and guest communication are easy for you.
- You are flexible with your time and can regularly work on weekdays and weekends.
Especially Important
- You enjoy working with people and have a service-oriented mindset.
