For this role, we are looking for a reliable, organized, and responsible person who helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while also actively supporting game operations.
Important for this position: our shifts are mostly on weekday afternoons and evenings, with regular weekend work.
Your Tasks
As assistant to the branch manager, you support us in organizational, communication, and operational areas. This includes in particular:
Staff Scheduling & Organization
- Together with the branch manager, you create work schedules for our teams.
- You help coordinate shifts sensibly and keep track of team availability.
Team Interface
- You are an important link between game masters and branch management.
- You make sure information is passed on reliably, clearly, and on time between both sides.
Inventory & Storage Organization
- You carry out inventories at both locations.
- You make sure our spare parts, prop supplies, and employee drinks are complete and regularly restocked.
Customer Support & Cover
- When the branch manager is absent, you take over customer support tasks.
- You support our guests by phone, email, and on site.
Operational Game Shifts
- About 50% of your working time will be spent as a game master.
- You guide our guests through the escape room experience with enthusiasm and ensure a smooth process before, during, and after the game.
What You Bring
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You work carefully, in a structured way, and reliably.
- You have strong organizational skills.
- You communicate clearly and appear friendly and confident.
- You can take responsibility and keep an overview even when several topics are running in parallel.
- You know the concept of escape rooms; ideally, you have played escape rooms yourself and understand what makes a successful player experience.
- You have very good German skills at C1–C2 level.
- You have English skills of at least B2 level, so that game briefings in English and guest communication are easy for you.
