Our team at Fluchtweg is a diverse group of talented game masters who work at our two locations in Hamburg. Our employees not only bring their passion for exciting puzzles and adventures but also an impressive variety of cultural backgrounds and skills. They speak several languages fluently, including English, and offer games in different languages upon request.
Besides their expertise in game mastering, our team members shine with diverse talents: they are professional football and chess players, master various musical instruments, dance, and perform at poetry slams. This unique mix of skills and interests makes every experience with us something truly special.

Our tech all-rounder Vitalij takes care of everything related to hardware and software. With an IT background and a passion for new technologies, he’s always tinkering. Besides that, Vitalij is also a musician – as a trained music teacher, he masters guitar, piano, and drums. Bam!

Isa is Nadezda’s right hand and left foot at Fluchtweg. As a trained fashion designer, she brings creative momentum to puzzle development, room design, and graphic design. She takes care of training new colleagues, game mastering, and customer support. In her free time, Isa is a passionate LARPer and motorcyclist.

Rebecca has been with Fluchtweg St. Pauli since May 2024. As a marketing student and professional hip-hop dancer, she brings fresh energy to every game. She also juggles and enjoys yoga. Her versatility and creativity ensure that every experience at Fluchtweg is unique and unforgettable.

Time Travel Guide
Melissa is our time travel guide in Wandsbek and is 25 years old. Originally from Lübeck, she worked as a bank clerk and is now studying software system development at the University of Hamburg. With her excellent organization and deep knowledge of Hamburg’s history, she always inspires our guests with great enthusiasm and passion.

Kseniia is our youngest game master in St. Pauli and speaks four languages fluently. She currently attends the Studienkolleg and is preparing for architecture studies in Hamburg. With her charming manner, Kseniia is our absolute favorite member and a real ray of sunshine.

Since January 2025, Bedia has been strengthening our time travel guide team in Wandsbek. She studies in Kiel and calls Hamburg home, bringing fresh energy to the team. Her hobbies include football, puzzles, building, sports, and music. A real powerhouse, she tackles everything quickly and precisely - the perfect combination.
