Our team at Fluchtweg is a diverse group of talented game masters who work at our two locations in Hamburg. Our employees not only bring their passion for exciting puzzles and adventures but also an impressive variety of cultural backgrounds and skills. They speak several languages fluently, including English, and offer games in different languages upon request.
Besides their expertise in game mastering, our team members shine with diverse talents: they are professional football and chess players, master various musical instruments, dance, and perform at poetry slams. This unique mix of skills and interests makes every experience with us something truly special.

Our tech all-rounder Vitalij takes care of everything related to hardware and software. With an IT background and a passion for new technologies, he’s always tinkering. Besides that, Vitalij is also a musician – as a trained music teacher, he masters guitar, piano, and drums. Bam!

Nadezda is the all-round talent at Fluchtweg – from game concepts and puzzles to accounting, marketing, and HR, she really does it all! As a graduate in business administration and a trained chef, she brings versatile skills. In her free time, she loves traveling, classical music, and chess.

Isa is Nadezda’s right hand and left foot at Fluchtweg. As a trained fashion designer, she brings creative momentum to puzzle development, room design, and graphic design. She takes care of training new colleagues, game mastering, and customer support. In her free time, Isa is a passionate LARPer and motorcyclist.

Rebecca has been with Fluchtweg St. Pauli since May 2024. As a marketing student and professional hip-hop dancer, she brings fresh energy to every game. She also juggles and enjoys yoga. Her versatility and creativity ensure that every experience at Fluchtweg is unique and unforgettable.

Hele has been part of the St. Pauli crew since April 2024. She studies law, is a passionate escape room player, and loves to travel. Right after her work and travel trip to New Zealand, she applied to join us and immediately established herself as an indispensable team member.

Time Travel Guide
Melissa is our time travel guide in Wandsbek and is 25 years old. Originally from Lübeck, she worked as a bank clerk and is now studying software system development at the University of Hamburg. With her excellent organization and deep knowledge of Hamburg’s history, she always inspires our guests with great enthusiasm and passion.

Kseniia is our youngest game master in St. Pauli and speaks four languages fluently. She currently attends the Studienkolleg and is preparing for architecture studies in Hamburg. With her charming manner, Kseniia is our absolute favorite member and a real ray of sunshine.

Schahin is a true multi-talent and leads games at both Fluchtweg locations. Besides his work, he also takes care of the work schedule and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Schahin studies law in Kiel and always brings a special atmosphere with his incredible charisma. He is a romantic through and through and has a great passion for cars.

Tom joined us right after graduating high school and quickly established himself as an integral part of the Fluchtweg St. Pauli team. With his theater experience, he is used to slipping into various roles – a perfect foundation for his job as a game master. Currently, Tom is studying Game Art at the SAE Institute in Hamburg and is enthusiastic about topics such as game design and 3D animation. In addition to his creativity, he is characterized by his high motivation: he is not only extremely receptive to feedback but also thinks actively and implements tasks in record time.
