Can I play in the same room several times ?

Of course you can. However, it doesn’t make much sense if you already know part of the solution. We advice you to try another room.

Is it safe to play this game?

Yes. There ist a security key in every room, that will let you exit the room at any time in case of an emergency. Also we monitor the game via camera to help you proceed.

What happens if I don’t manage to escape in one hour?

Don’t worry, we will not leave you in the room forever. If you want we will even show you the solution of the game.

Can I get help during the game?

Yes. We will not provide you with the solution for a task or puzzle, but with short hints that will help you during the process.

How difficult are the games?

7/10 (Hotel Old Vegas) and 8/10 (Voyager 2076). We recommend our “Hotel Old Vegas” for beginners, and our spaceship “Voyager 2076” for experienced players.

How much time does the game take?

approx. 1,5 hours, including an introduction to the game, the game itself and a group picture.

Do I have to know german?

No. You can play in German and English, as well as Russian upon request.

Should we prepare for the game?

No, you only need to be on time and have great fun! You should arrive 15 min. before the game starts, so that we can give you a little lead-in.

How many players are allowed in a team?

Teams can be build by two up to six players.

Who can take part in the game?

Everyone older than 14 years. Children under 14 can take part in the game if they are accompanied by adults.

How can I pay?

You can pay with credit card, direct banking, Paypal and other methods.

Can I buy a voucher?

Sure! Here you can find more information about vouchers.

Can I book an event for my company or for my birthday?

Of course. Team events for companies are possible at any time upon request. We advice to try out a battle mode, where two teams can play against each other at the same time.
